When you sign up for Pam’s newsletter, seminar, and podcast notifications, we collect the information you enter on our signup form, which may include your first and last name, email address, mailing address (street, city, state, and ZIP code), and phone number. If you contact us directly, we also receive whatever information you include in your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider and standard web technologies automatically log basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We may also use cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies” below).
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Send you the newsletters, seminar invitations, and podcast notifications you requested.

- iContact, our email marketing provider, which stores and processes your name and email to deliver our messages. Your information is handled under iContact’s own privacy policy.
